Palomar Airport Advisory Committee (PAAC)
PAAC is an aviation advocacy Committee appointed by the California County Board of Supervisors. The committee studies airport-related issues and acts as a liaison with the FAA and the local community giving recommendations to the County for the appropriate resolution of Palomar Airport issues.
Mr. Collins was appointed to be in member in 2003 and became Chairman in 2010.
